but but, NCIS is just so wonderful and gets better with every season! can't say much about 24 though but I still love it to bits...I'd totally recommend that you try watching NCIS though especially from the 3rd season onwards, if just for the chemistry and humor...seriously, the cast in the show has one of the best chemistry ever defeating every other cop shows like CSI or even Criminal Minds! I like Leverage too, but I honestly thing the chemistry between the 6 main stars of NCIS beats the show LOL! and the characters development is executed well too...I was actually surprised when I found out only late last year that NCIS is like the top show in the US and just one of those rare shows that ratings get higher each season (well getting from 6 mil viewers in the first season to 20 mil in the current one is great, no?)...it's a delightful surprise for me...:)
