Oh hi! Fancy seein you round here :) before I go into the actual reply I just wanna say, about that last comment I left. I am sorry! I meant to say so sooner but school ate my life. You were totally clear btw, I was just doing 10000 things that day and my head was all over the place, so when I went to reply I was thinking "tv" when you meant movies which duh it's a movie blog XD man that was embarassing. and It must have been very confusing for you. and rude if you thought I was just disregarding what you actually wrote, which I hope you didnt think that!
yeah anyway. actual reply is now:

Yay a Life fan! I didnt think I had any on the flist which is why I tried to pimp it like mad yesterday, glad to know i was mistaken. Oh it does look gorgeous, I totally forgot that part! I think watching it streaming I didnt get to appreciate that aspect as much but I have no regrets cause if I bought the dvds they would have used replacement music which NO. I mean how can you replace Gimme Shelter? It just cant be done! and my favorite thing about Life was really the zen aspect because if you are having a tough time with your life that stuff really DOES help. Like I've been looking into zen myself so that's why I decided to give Life a go, it's such an inspiring show really. and man I was ogling Sarah Shahi myself, that is a gorgeous lady. I'm kind of sad they made her seem more glamorous in S2, it's was a uneccessary but probably the network made the writers do it. But I spent equal parts being chagrined and being in awe of her prettiness. lol
I've only see the first five eps of S2 so far and yeah it's really not as good sadly, like there are some good parts definitely but it's not as tight plotwise. But I suspect that the jump from 11-21 episodes had something to do with it. I always maintain that the 20-24 season count is just too long and unnecessary. I think seasons should really be capped off at 13-16. It forces writers to make their linear plots more tightly woven and less languid and draggy.
I'm curious, what was your idea for the hypothetical S3?

Oh and I feel you on the movies thing, though my problem is the opposite of yours. I wanna see more films but I only have time for one pass time and school. So it's either tv or films. and as much as I love films I do prefer tv format to them simply because they allow for more complex plots and characterizations. Plus it's easier on my short attention span. I mean like attention span of a flea srsly.
