I'm so sorry at how late this is. I've been much overwhelmed lately :(

I agree though, pixar IS incredible and Up was so lovely and you know the theater I saw it in was PACKED. Which sadly meant more noise than I'd have liked. For instance I was really crying by the end of that montage about ellie and the guy, but people were already giggling at the beginning when he slaps his alarm clock and I'm annoyed cause I still have tears going down my face. i'm lthinking HEARTLESS JERKS. pixar storytelling makes me think of my kiddies days when my mom would read me stories.
Yeah i felt the same! ithat the film was like some of the struggles i'm, dealing with, mainly getting out of my rut and moving on and going the places i need/want to go. I totally thought after WALL-E "how ARE they going to top this?" and they didnt top it but Up was so damn good, and while wall e had such a big overreaching message, the story and message for up is so simple and personal and it just WORKS. gah, they are geniuses. why isnt 2011 yet?
